What a mess pudding can make when my boys eat it…

Having fun on the neighbors’ swing-set!

Long day…

For some reason, Kadin loves drinking out of bottles…I love the look on his face! (And yes, it is filled with just water.)

my sleeping baby

Monday, May 17th, 2010

Right before naptime, Kadin fell asleep on the chair. He must of been very wore out. He has never done that before. Perfect chance for me to shoot away!

The other morning, I was making Colin a peanut butter sandwich and all of a sudden out of the blue he says to me, “I love you, Mommy.” Talk about melting my heart…..!

Just a little side note: I swear Colin could live off of peanut butter sandwiches if I let him. He wants to eat one all the time and you think he would get sick of them, but he never does. Could be worse though, so I shouldn’t be complaining. :)

no longer like my phone…

I answered the knock on my door early this morning and never would of thought a police officer was on the other side. My almost 3 year old Colin called 911 this morning. He didn’t actually dial the numbers 911 but he hit the button that says, “emergency call” on my cell phone. Here is the story…I always lock my phone, because that way in case the kids get a hold of it no calls are placed. Well, as you can see that doesn’t even help at times. Apparently, if the center button is hit twice in a row on my phone it will bring you to a list of 3 choices. Emergency Call, unlock, and cancel. All that has to be done is move the center button to emergency call and the 911 call will be placed. FYI…this is the 3rd time that this has happened, but they usually call me back and I tell them the situation. I went to Verizon today to see if that can be changed and of course it can’t be. Keeping my phone up high so the boys’ can’t get it will be tough. I like my phone near me during the day, that way I can answer it in time. I no longer like my phone….
